Bartle Frere is a one teacher school catering for Prep to Year 6 students. Our current enrolments are 10 students. If you are looking for a school that caters for individual needs with a family focus on learning, then please call one of our friendly staff who will assist you in the enrolment process.
Family Play Group is held every Tuesday from 10.00am - 11.45am for our Pre-Prep students, so why not come along and enjoy your children playing while learning, and have a cuppa with other parents.
New enrolments are accepted at our school at any time of the year on school days and we look forward to welcoming new enrolments to our school community.

Prep is the first compulsory year of school and provides the foundation for your child's education. It is compulsory for Queensland children to undertake Prep prior to Year 1. Prep is a full-time program in primary schools and has a defined curriculum. Children attend Monday to Friday, generally from 9.00am to 3.00pm.
Children must be at least 5 by 30 June in the year they enrol for Prep.
